A Carer can be of any age, young or old, who may have full time responsibility or who may only give emotional support. We aim to improve the Carer’s quality of life through enhanced understanding of mental health and its management, with emphasis upon the importance of the role of Carers.
- Educational Courses are run for Carers to provide information on mental health diagnosis. Psychology Workshops teach psychological skills to help people manage mental illness.
Regular Drop-In sessions are held at the new Harrow Carers centre premises on the second and fourth Fridays of the month from 1.30pm to 3.00pm.
