Older Peoples Services:

A department of the Social services specialising in assessing the needs of individuals over 65 with physical and/or mental health problems and consider how these can be best met. The subsequent care package could include practical support at home, meals-on-wheels, specialist aids/adaptations, blue badges/taxi-cards, respite care and much more.
