Human Resources Recruitment Officer

Hours: 35  hours per week

Salary: £24/25,000 + PA plus pension

Location: Harrow

Reporting to: Elite Specialist Care Manager

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day recruitment tasks, managing HR policies, developing job descriptions, overseeing employee relations, and implementing HR management strategies. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience in job description development Understanding of HR policies and employee relations.

Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Hospital Discharge Co-ordinator

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 PA + pension

Location: Northwick Park Hospital

Reporting to: Adults Services Manager

Working collaboratively with Northwick Park Hospital discharge service to assist patients to return home safely and settle.

Volunteer Community Health Champion

Hours: 4 hours per week

Become a Volunteer Community Health Champion and join us in raising awareness of diabetes and hypertension in Harrow

Harrow Carers (Home Care Service) is a domiciliary care provider that offers high quality home care services to unpaid carers, in their home and the local community. As part of a charity organisation we are dedicated to supporting unpaid Carers who look after their loved ones. We provide professionally trained and experienced Care Support Workers, to take over the caring role for the unpaid Carer to have a break. We also assist individuals living on their own, who require home care support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Companionship; providing emotional support and assistance with activities.
